We proof the machining process before a single chip is cut, on every lathe and every mill. Our inspection team ensures that your parts meet their required specifications before being shipped. To assure our customers of dimensional accuracy and finish quality, we have implemented a Quality Assurance program that meets the intent of ISO 9000. *Programming:* Our programming process has been proven to increase precision and eliminate mistakes by heavily double-checking and referencing parts frequently. Our programmers have the responsibility of ensuring the root of our quality parts are entirely correct and valid, which is exhibited by our consitent quality. With Mastercam and Solidworks, we have invested in software that is widely used and reliable. *Operators:* Our operators are well equipped with calibrated inspection tools necessary to check the parts they are producing. They are well-instructed and have proven a knowledge of inspection and machining. Our operators are responsible for monitoring the parts they create, and responsible for ensuring we are making 100% correct parts. *Inspection:* Our inspection department is state-of-the-art, run by knowledgeable inspectors who ensure the parts they are inspecting have been well-machined, deburred, well with specification. Using our DEA Mistral CMM, running PC-DMIS software, our inspectors are capable of importing customer solid files and comparing actual parts to original CAD files.
