We are searching for highly skilled and motivated people who may fulfill the following positions: *Programmer:* Maximum familiarity of Mastercam and Solidworks. Duties include designing complex 4th axis fixtures, programming horizontal and vertical machines for prototype and production, setups, machine cycle time optimizing, production planning. Strong problem solving skills are necessary. Flexibility to perform operation duties. *Operator:* 2 years minimum experience. Should have basic inspection and deburring tools. Must know how to use micrometers to .0001 increments, calipers, quality deburring skill a must, able to operate 2 or 3 machines at a time. Able to read blueprints, computer literacy beneficial. *Deburring specialist:* 2 years minimum experience. Duties include general deburring, 20x microscopic deburring, semiconductor chamber preperation, microwave cavities, polishing, bead blasting, tumbling, dual action sanding. *Production manager:* Must have strong people-management skills. Energetic and fast paced. Beneficial if capable of speaking English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Experienced with JobBoss systems. Duties include overall shop managment for two shifts, material flow, job planning, vendor management, daily production reporting, job planning. *Q.C. Inspector:* Familiarity with ISO 9001. Detail oriented. Duties include general part inspection, document control, first article, inprocess, final inspection, maintain shop quality performance reports, qualification of shop and employee tools.
